WORKOUT TIMERS

Circuit training timer

Work through each station on the clock, with rest between stations and between rounds

A circuit is a series of exercises, or stations, done one after another with short rests, then repeated for a few rounds. A common setup is 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest at each of 6 to 10 stations, for 2 or 3 rounds, with a longer rest between rounds.

How to set it up in Cero

  1. Create a new advanced timer and choose the Work / Rest template.
  2. Name each work interval after its station, and give it its own color and icon.
  3. Use Duplicate intervals to repeat the circuit for another round.
  4. Use Add interval for a longer rest between rounds.
  5. Save it, and share it with your class as a Cero file or a QR code.
