Questions

Can Apple Watch do interval training?

Yes. In the Workout app, custom workouts add a warm-up, work and recovery intervals and a cool down, by time, distance or open, for most workout types. Cero’s Apple Watch app runs interval timers too, with rest by heart rate.

Do I need an Apple Watch for interval training?

No. Cero runs on iPhone and iPad on its own, with sound, voice and vibration cues. A Watch adds your heart rate.

Is Cero free on Apple Watch?

Yes. The Apple Watch app comes with Cero, which is free with every feature; Cero Pro adds unlimited saved timers and removes ads.
