What each app does
Interval Timer lets you drag to set work, rest and rounds, then tap to start. It gives voice or beep cues, plays alongside your music, keeps the audio going when you leave the app, and records a history with statistics, from which you can repeat a workout. Cero covers the same basics and adds an advanced timer, a countdown and stopwatch, Live Activities, widgets and Siri, and a workout history that exports CSV or PDF.
Price
Interval Timer’s Premium Pass is a monthly subscription that starts with a free trial, with lifetime passes from $14.99 to $29.99, and its listing doesn’t say what Premium adds. Cero Pro is $2.99 a month, with a free week for eligible new subscribers, or $14.99 once, and adds unlimited saved timers and no ads.
